Mike has been in payroll for over 30 years and is currently the Payroll Director for Bright Horizons Family Solutions, a leading provider of early education and preschools, employer-sponsored child care, back-up care, educational advisory services and other work/life solutions, with over 30,000 employees globally.

Mike has been an active member of the American Payroll Association since 2008. He is currently a member of the National Speakers Bureau, Congress speaker, Board of Advisors for Region 6 from 2015-2017, Meritorious Service Award recipient in 2015, CHAMP’s member, SPLTF Best Practices subcommittee co-chair, SPLTF Emerging Technologies subcommittee member, member of APA Nominating and Elections Committee 2017-2018, and a current CPP since 2001.

On the local level, Mike is the Immediate Past President of the North Jersey local chapter of the APA where he served as President from 2008-2016 and was a member of the NJ Statewide Committee for the same period. Mike joined the NEPC committee in 2019.

Mike also holds the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Six Sigma Green Belt Certification since 2012.

In his spare time Mike can be found golfing, shooting nature photography, at the beach, and spending time with his wife, son, daughter in law and granddaughter.

Community Outreach:

Since inception, the WMAC has been active in our community. For 2021, WMAC has chosen Covenant House Greater Washington as our Community Outreach. Due to COVID-19, our in-person opportunities have been cancelled. WMAC has created a goal to raise $5,000.00 for Covenant House during the year. WMAC will match any donation made through our website.
