The Benefits of Sponsorship

The WMAC has been involved in the payroll profession for 35 years.  We have increased the number of Certified Payroll Professionals and increased the payroll knowledge throughout the metropolitan area.  Sponsors of the WMAC have an opportunity to reach out to over 200 active members and nonmember contacts through the highest levels of chapter sponsorship.  Payroll professionals have involvement when changing payroll systems, increasing staff levels in the department, and improving benefits to their company's employees. Being a Chapter Sponsor gives you the opportunity to show your company's support for the education and professional growth of the payroll professional.

WMAC 2017 Chapter Sponsorship Opportunities 

Chapter Meeting Sponsorship – In Person - $650 Each (6 Opportunities)
- One (1) Chapter Meeting
- Advertisement in the monthly newsletter for the meeting date sponsored
- Company Logo and Link posted on the Calendar of Events with the upcoming meeting... AND... on the home page of the website in the Sponsorship Rotating Box
- Member-wide email announcing the upcoming meeting and your company sponsorship
- Opportunity to welcome attendees as they register for the chapter lunch. Great opportunity to collect payroll professionals’ business cards, distribute company literature, and/or company giveaways (pens, post-its, etc)
- Lunch provided for one (1) representative of the company and additional members can attend for the member’s rate: $45.00 each
- Ten minutes prior to the lunch speaker to introduce the company, product/service, and introduce the lunch speaker (can use a PowerPoint presentation or game as members enjoy their lunch0
- Assist the chapter with door prizes and interact with the winners and this is an opportunity for your company to give away a door prize from your company along with those from the chapter 

Express Chapter Meeting Sponsorship - $400 Each (3 Opportunities)
- ½ page advertisement in two (2) newsletter in 2018 
- Logo on website 
- Logo on Calendar of Events
- Two (2) Mass emails to entire database
- Acknowledgment at chapter meeting

CPP/FPC Study Group Sponsorship - $450
- Ten (10) minute presentation during 1st CPP/FPC class (July 14, 2018)
- One (1) Mass email to all active members
- ½ page advertisement in two (2) newsletters in 2018 with logo (June & September)
- Logo on website
- Logo on Education page for calendar-year 201.
- Logo on Calendar of Events Date

Cram for the Exam Sponsorship (Winter) - $450
- Ten (10) minute presentation during 1st class
- One (1) Mass email to all active members
- ½ page advertisement in two (2) newsletters in 2018 with logo (February & April)
- Logo on website
- Logo on Education page for calendar-year 2019
- Logo on Calendar of Events Date

One Day Class Sponsorship - $450 Each(Saturday) / $650 (Friday) 
- Network at lunch with our attendees
- Ten (10) minute presentation (just before lunch) to talk about company
- ½ page advertisement in one newsletter in 2018 (following the day of the class)
- Logo on website
- Logo on Calendar of Events
- One (1) Mass email to all active members
