Cancellation Policies

Due to the cost associated with meetings and events, the WMAC-APA has the following cancellation policies:

Chapter Meeting – Cancellation to a chapter meeting can be done with no cancellation penalty until late registration has begun. Any cancellation from the start of the late registration until three days before the chapter meeting has a $25 cancellation penalty. No cancellations will be taken less than three days before the meeting.

CPP/FPC Study Group – A cancellation for any reason may be done up to 1 week before the start of the class.  Any cancellation within one week of the class will be invoiced for the cost of the class.

One Day Meetings/Seminars - A cancellation for any reason may be done up to 1 week before the start of the class.  Any cancellation within one week of the class will be invoiced for the cost of the class.
